Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with My Manicure! To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers, we have outlined our official shipping, processing, and delivery policies below. This policy applies to all orders placed through our official Shopify store.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, verified, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Please note that order processing does not include weekends, public holidays, or official store off-days. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, slight processing delays may occur, and we will promptly notify customers via email if any unexpected delays happen.
2. Standard Shipping & Delivery Time
We provide global standard shipping service for all manicure and nail art products. After order processing and shipment completion, the estimated shipping and delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on destination countries, regional logistics efficiency, customs clearance procedures, and unexpected logistics delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a tracking link. You can check your package’s real-time transportation status online at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These additional fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We will not be liable for customs delays, duty charges, or order returns caused by local customs policies.
5. Shipping Exceptions & Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the shipment date. We will investigate the issue and provide reasonable solutions including reshipment or refund according to the actual situation.
